Shipping Policy
We strive to make our shipping policy as straightforward and customer-friendly as possible. For all orders within the UK, we offer £4.99 shipping. For international orders, we offer a flat rate of £9.99, regardless of the destination or order size. However, please note that any additional VAT or import duties imposed by your local customs office are not included in our prices and may need to be paid by you upon delivery.
To give you peace of mind, all orders are sent via Royal Mail, both within the UK and internationally, and come with tracking information. If your order total is over £200, you'll also qualify for free shipping, no matter where you're located. We're committed to providing a hassle-free shipping experience for all of our customers, and we hope you enjoy shopping with us!

Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing Always Sunshine Somewhere for your shopping needs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we have a simple and easy return policy.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we will accept returns of products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery, except for any products designated on the site as non-returnable. Please note that we will not accept returns after the 14-day timeframe.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care Team at Contact@alwayssunshinesomewhere.co.uk and provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Please ensure that all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with product tags and hygiene liners attached. If the product does not meet these requirements, we may not be able to accept the return. Remember to take extra care in packing your return package to prevent damage during transit. We recommend getting proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.
Please note that original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable and that charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
If you need to return an item, you can send it back to our warehouse. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued without delay.
